Gimbl a été créée en 2017 dans le but de favoriser les interactions entre les streamers eSports et leur audience durant un stream diffusé en “live”. Gimbl développe un outil pour défier le streamer, et le pousser à accomplir des actions durant sa partie contre une récompense (donation). En pleine croissance, l’industrie du live streaming eSport fait face à des problématiques clés que Gimbl essaye de résoudre comme :

1- La rétention de l’audience
2- L’engagement de l’audience
3- Le manque d’interactions et de “FUN”
4- La monétisation de l’audience.

L’application permet aux streamers d’améliorer leurs différents KPI, et d’assurer leurs succès à travers le développement et la fidélisation de leur audience. Gimbl optimise la compétitivité et la rentabilité des streams sans pour autant les polluer avec du sponsoring ou de la publicité.

Job Description

Marketing guru needed here ! Passionate about digital marketing and acquisition? Join our startup that focuses entirely on a booming market that is the eSports industry. Help us shape how our innovative way of interacting between streamer & viewers can improve the user experience. You will play a central role in the promotion of the application and the user acquisition strategy.

You will be in charge of several strategic work scope:

  1. Define the global brand and marketing strategy
  2. Define the perfect user acquisition and retention strategy
  3. Define and manage the general and specific objectives for each internal (KPI)
  4. Create & update regularly a brand platform suitable to both our communities. Gather a maximum amount of consumer insights and build accordingly thrilling stories and messages that will engage our target, at any time of their lifecycle.
  5. Lead 360° campaigns through-out the year. Assure media buying, content, social, and partnership strategies are effective and innovative.

Responsibilities

  • Setting-up both a brilliant user acquisition and retention strategy
  • Coming up and evolving marketing strategies for SEO oriented marketing
  • Manage the digital performance marketing as well as a display advertisement
  • Managing the social media strategies as well as other outlets relevant to the target audience
  • Execute the strategies, evaluating and reacting to the results
  • Exploring the latest and best tools to be able to bring traffic and track the performance
  • Manage the products online brand and raise awareness
  • Coming up with improvement of the usability of the product to increase conversion
  • Research market trends and competitor data
  • Manage the marketing budget to make sure it goes to the correct initiatives
  • Other ad-hoc duties, adapting as it is a start up

Preferred Experience

You have more than 3 years of experience in digital marketing. You have had many different responsibilities allowing you to be effective in your 360° lever analysis: SEO, SEA, SMO, Re-marketing, Display, Content, Emailing…

You are a true digital marketing enthusiast, you carry out a sharp watch to keep up to date and test new marketing opportunities.

You have already led a team, with an international target.

Also:

  • You write and speak English very well (it will be your working language)
  • You have solid operational experience in the various digital marketing levers (before having experienced responsibilities in marketing team management)
  • You like finding solutions quickly thanks to your digital culture and experience
  • You are proactive, dynamic and ambitious
  • You are well organized, rigorous and enjoy achieving ambitious goals
  • Very good understanding of concepts around online marketing, marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
  • Experience or good understanding of affiliate marketing
