Gimbl a été créée en 2017 dans le but de favoriser les interactions entre les streamers eSports et leur audience durant un stream diffusé en “live”. Gimbl développe un outil pour défier le streamer, et le pousser à accomplir des actions durant sa partie contre une récompense (donation). En pleine croissance, l’industrie du live streaming eSport fait face à des problématiques clés que Gimbl essaye de résoudre comme :

1- La rétention de l’audience
2- L’engagement de l’audience
3- Le manque d’interactions et de “FUN”
4- La monétisation de l’audience.

L’application permet aux streamers d’améliorer leurs différents KPI, et d’assurer leurs succès à travers le développement et la fidélisation de leur audience. Gimbl optimise la compétitivité et la rentabilité des streams sans pour autant les polluer avec du sponsoring ou de la publicité.

Descriptif du poste

You will join the team and contribute to create and operate Growth strategies as well as exploring new acquisition and retention strategies. You will be reporting to Dan, the C.E.O and will be taking the lead on all our Growth work scopes.

  • Analyzing data and behaviors to better understand our target and make data-driven decisions
  • Building and managing a roadmap of tactics to put to test as quickly as possible, then collaborate with operation teams to scale the winners
  • Managing projects that will unlock new growth levers (new acquisition channels, new city/country launches, marketing roadmaps, product-market adaptations, product marketing evolutions…)
  • Deploy successful international lead-gen marketing campaigns from ideation to execution all around the world.
  • Produce creative and engaging emails, landing pages and ads to generate qualified prospects and convert them.
  • Automating proven strategies with tools such as Zapier, Zoho, ActiveCampaign,, Phantombuster, …
  • Work with our tech & product team on the best flow & automation strategies: Prospecting messagings, CRM integration & automation, lead sourcing, capturing & enrichment, ABM performance analysis, and more.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against our KPI.

Profil recherché

  • Digital savviness is an absolute must have! You have built and run websites on your own.
  • English fluency is mandatory
  • Hands-on! You know how to test a tactic quick and dirty. But you also know how to clean up and prepare for scaling and automation
  • 2+ years of experience in business strategy or development, marketing in a startup / entrepreneurial or agency environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. You know how to design a testing plan, from hypothesis to success criteria and validation framework. You live and breathe ROI
  • Good knowledge in data analytics tools
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Strong organization, prioritization skills and ability to multi-task
